Brandon manages new client intake and consultation scheduling for the firm. He is typically the first voice you'll hear when you call and the first name you'll see in a reply to your contact form. Robert T. Rabito, Jr.
Office Manager
Robert has been the operational backbone of the Law Offices of Anthony G. Puopolo for nearly seven years. In that time, he has worked alongside the firm's attorneys on cases spanning criminal defense, family law, and personal injury — giving him a depth of understanding that goes well beyond scheduling and logistics. When a client calls with a question about their case, a court date, or what comes next, Robert is most often the person who picks up, follows through, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
A lifelong Merrimack Valley resident, Robert brings genuine local roots to a firm that prides itself on knowing the communities it serves. He holds a Paralegal Studies Certificate from Boston University and spent fifteen years in a previous career training new employees and guiding people through unfamiliar transitions — a background that translates naturally to helping clients navigate one of the most stressful experiences of their lives.
Robert's approach is simple: clients should never have to wonder where their case stands. Keeping people informed, prepared, and supported is the part of the job he takes most seriously.
Outside the office, Robert spends as much time outdoors as possible — hiking, fishing, and making regular trips to Vermont. He previously volunteered with the MSPCA, which tells you most of what you need to know about his character.
