Attorneys

Meet the Attorneys Who Will Handle Your Case

Two licensed attorneys. Two offices. One firm built around direct, accountable representation in Massachusetts family law, criminal defense, and civil litigation.

At AGP Law Offices, you are assigned to a named attorney from the start — Tony or Gabrielle — who carries your case from the first consultation through resolution. Neither attorney hands off client relationships to support staff. The person you meet is the person responsible for your outcome.

Tony and Gabrielle each maintain an independent client base while sharing practice resources, courtroom experience, and a combined presence in both Middlesex and Essex County courts. That structure gives clients the continuity of a solo practitioner with the depth of a two-attorney firm.

Anthony G. Puopolo, Esq.

Anthony Puopolo founded the firm and practices in both family law and criminal defense across Massachusetts and New Hampshire state and federal courts. He graduated summa cum laude from Suffolk University Law School and focuses on high-conflict divorce, high-net-worth asset matters, and OUI defense. Tony maintains offices in Lowell and North Andover, giving him active courtroom presence at the Middlesex County and Essex County family courts.

Gabrielle Lis, Esq.

Gabrielle maintains her own active client base at AGP Law Offices, practicing in family law and criminal defense with a particular focus on criminal matters. She recently secured a dismissal on a major gun charge — a result that reflects both her preparation and her command in court. Clients working with Gabrielle have direct access to her through her attorney profile, and she carries full responsibility for every case she takes on.

Justin Duffy, Esq.

Justin Duffy is an associate attorney admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2025. He focuses his practice on criminal defense and family law. Justin helps clients navigate the challenges of the legal system through effective advocacy and the development of practical solutions. He graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 2025. Outside of the office, Justin enjoys running, gaming, and attending concerts.

Our Attorneys Know Your Area of Law

Whether your situation involves a contested custody dispute, a high-asset divorce, an OUI charge, or a 209A restraining order; Tony, Gabrielle, and Justin practice across family law, criminal defense, and civil litigation. You do not need to determine which attorney is right for your case before you call — that conversation happens during your consultation, and the right fit becomes clear.

The firm's tri-pillar practice also means that when family law, criminal offenses, or civil matters intersect — as they often do in high-conflict divorce and domestic violence cases — your attorney understands both sides of the legal picture.
