The Law Offices of Anthony G. Puopolo was built on a straightforward premise: people facing a divorce, a custody dispute, a criminal charge, or a civil dispute deserve an attorney who treats their case with the same urgency they feel. We maintain two physical locations — 9 Middlesex Street in Lowell and 401 Andover Street in North Andover — giving us active courtroom presence across both Middlesex and Essex County. The firm's practice is led by Anthony G. Puopolo, Gabrielle Lis, and Justin Duffy — three attorneys who each carry an independent client base and bring distinct strengths to the work. Tony is a summa cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School, holds an MBA with high honors, and brings more than twenty years of business experience to high-net-worth divorce and complex civil litigation. Gabrielle recently secured a dismissal on a serious gun charge and maintains an active docket across criminal defense and family law. Justin brings courtroom experience from both sides of the criminal process — including time as a certified legal intern at the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office — alongside a background in intellectual property and complex fraud litigation.
All three attorneys are licensed in Massachusetts. Tony and Gabrielle are also licensed in New Hampshire for clients with matters that cross state lines.
